I have to tell ALL... A symptom of bipolar is unexplained pain!!!

I have had this for a while, but, nobody can explain it. I have pelvic pain so bad I can hardly move some days... And that time of the month... FORGET IT! But, yes, sorry, but umexplained pain and bipolar are connected!
