I would love to chime in and say 'you should be so happy' but I can't. I can say that I know what it feels like and through some creative saving strategies I pay for my rent and school by working and taking out a student loan. My dad kept telling me that it would never work, but I said screw you and I have been living on my own for about six months now. It will happen if it was meant to happen, just give it time. Is there not a program that will help you pay for the place? Ask your case worker, she may be able to get you some aid.
