SeptMorn is right that we as members aren't equipped to help you personally, but along with the links that she gave you if you go to the homepage here, along the right hand edge is a link that says, "Feeling suicidal, Read this first". If you click on that link it will lead you to an enormous amount of links that may be able to help you out with this. I don't know if the Psych is giving good advice or not, but I think I'd need a few more opinions before just letting it go.
