Rainbowzz, I'm so glad you are spending time with Courage to Heal -- been good for me. I want to say also that you really deserve to get the encouragement of other survivors. So I'd like to offer some words of encourgement to you. I want to begin with telling you how much I've noticed your honesty and openness when sharing your feelings here. It's really an inspiration to survivors like me who still tend to hide feelings, or try to analyze them to see if they make sense before really letting them out -- like that isn't a form of denial. And I've also seen here just how much you reach out to others with words of inspiration and hope. When that is hard to do, I've seen you simply make sure that when someone in our community here is in pain, they know that you are here and you understand. It's very beautiful to just let someone know that they are not alone in their grief and stuggles. It's beautiful to reach out that way if, for no other reason, so that we can all know we're not alone. You have done that so much here, despite your own struggles and needs. For that, you can be very proud. I, for one, am proud of you. Just as important, I have felt supported by your presence here and by what you have offered. I really thank you for that.

There is a real dignity in what you write here and what you share of yourself. The true self that you are really shows through, despite the struggles that have brought you here that probably make it hard for you to see just how wonderful you are (if your experiences are anything like mine). You have so much to offer. I'm really glad you are here. I wish you well.
