I was checking out other support sights and read some people talking about stress.

One person talked about a drug called ganaxolone which is supposed to calm like taking a benzo but it doesnt have the side effects of benzos.

I havent really inquired about it myself yet, but see if you can find out more about it.
It is suppose to work well.
