Welcome Ogie,

Treatment for anorexia can be either inpatient or outpatient. If the weight is dangerously low, then inpatient is really what is necessary because they can take care of you medically for anemia & malnutrition while providing psychological therapy. If the weight isn't dangerous, then outpatient treatment or a psychologist or pdoc that knows about anorexia can also help. Here in the US, there are also local support groups made up of people with the same problem, led by someone that knows how to help also.
