Boy, do I hear you!
I am glad that you are doing better now. CBT is very helpful for anxiety, it's hard to employ it when you feel bad though. I try and keep a list of the ones that work for me and use relaxation cd's and hypno downloads from my T. It's tough stuff, but we'll all get through this together.
