I know its hard. I think maybe because when it is our own parents no matter how much we care there is a certain bit of begrudingness, as small as that might be. Or so I have noticed with others in your case.

Then a gain doing advocacy work would be something you could step away from anytime, but with your parent(s) it is not.

Perhaps you and your sister could take a little vacation while the other takes care of things? Is this possible
