I worked one job, one year they complained I spent so much time in my section and did
not support my co-workers with getting their sections up to snuff. Next year it was
"you spend too much time in other people's sections >socializing< and none in
your own section."

Any thing you do can be slanted no matter how right you are in your performance of
your job, your professional attitude and your tasks.
