(((melissa.recovering))) From the time I started having periods to when I had my son, at 29, they were horrendous. Just doubled over in fetal position with cramps, passed big clots, changed pads every hour, couldn't go to school or had to go to the clinic& have them call my mom from work to take me home. Well, at 29 I had been out on my own for over8 yrs, to clarify & working a job you can't say I have cramps I gotta go home, just doesn't fly.

But... After I had my son, very light periods with little to no cramps & lasting 3-4 days vs 7-10 days.
So... there is hope, this torture might not last forever.
I'm not saying to run out & have a baby, but just because they are so bad now doesn't mean a life sentence of it.

Thought I'd give you my experience of the monthly curse.

Take care, hang in there.
