roadrunner, everything is ok, . i managed to eat a bit at dinner., but not today. im sorry i didnt update, i hate to cause any alarm. I got a new laptop for xmas and have just been getting it set up. it's been really busy going here to there and back and forth. just getting ready to take the kids up to the ski hill for some tubing and skating. so i'll try to eat something small before we go.
