That's the first thing I think of when I hear automatically walking, talking, sitting up, eyes open, answering, ect... and not remembering it.
Then I also think of DID...

I would think you might want to go see a pdoc or T over this. Maybe find something that could either help you in therapy or meds that will stop this from ever happening again. That' has to be really scarey.. (((crazylife)))
