I know you do.... We know what's wrong but we also see a huge gap in our ability to know what to do about it. Like a huge puzzle piece that is missing. We can see the gap but not the puzzle piece. We know we don't know, but we can't figure it out so that we do know.

Find this movie "The Truman Show" with Jim Carrey (bipolar, btw). It's a comedy movie about this waking up process.

but the part of my mind that knows this,...it needs another part of my mind to explain it...and currently that part of my mind is beyond pre-occupied....launching thoughts like unguided missiles.
In my vocabulary, I call that the fragmented mind. Those are the voices in your head and conflicting voices create the confusion. These voices are those of your parents, your teachers, your politicians, your clergy....anyone that told you IDEA about life that you took to be true.

Conflicting ideas are the confusion. The way out of confusion is to test ideas to be able to replace the idea with experience. The idea is a guess but we aren't raised to think of them as guesses....we are raised to live these ideas thinking we can run our lives. We can't, we are life, not the controller of life.

"Let go" means we've realized that we don't control life, that our ideas are not truths and that really we know nothing, but life knows. If we simply allow our gifts to express themselves and if we watch life to see what works and what doesn't work, then life is flowing through us.

the part of my mind that figured all that out is like an irrelevant tiny spectator in the whole pointless production.
That tiny spectator is "you", the consciousness that is watching the circus of the mind. It seems tiny because your mind is so active and so much in control. But your true being is the real giant but a gentle giant. It's a steadfastness that is trying to figure out what this embodiedment is which creates the wonder of "who am I?" Unfortunately the mind takes off on a mission to get the answer but comes up wrong always because the mind can't see the consciousness, it can only see through the 5 senses.

But "you" can "see" you mind, but can you see you? Nope....you can see the expression of you, but you can't see you. A metaphor is your real eyes. You know you have eyes because you can see through them, but you can't see your eyes, but they have to be there because you see the world through them. At a spiritual level, you can see your life play out but you can't see the "eyes" that you are looking through.

it's 2.30am and I cannot find the 'off' button....it's nothing knew...it happens...nevermind
back to bed an wait for it to shut itself down..
This is a great device. My bipolar friend falls asleep within minutes of using it.
