I wish I knew a good answer to this. I am trying to focus on this question better, but it's really hard to focus.

I have some who want want to hurt me also. Sometimes it's just their voices I hear and they want me to do it for them. Only in really extreme cases where my safety is in jeopardy do they come out. I think they stick to the policy "I'll hurt myself so you can't".
