Yeah, i have-had a quack for new psych nurse i saw on friday.
She dropped me cold turkey all at the same time on cymbalta, xanax, hydromorphone, klonopin.
And i tried calling today, to try and talk some sense in her, and that was a MISTAKE.
I now have discountuation and cold turkeying EVERYTHING but one med... which is adhd stimulant med that she up'd before the weekend. This "Everything" includes even more meds that deal with my physical health problems such as crohn's, and the sorts (hydromorphone was for crohn's pain too which she- oy i dont even wanna get started... lol..

I dont think I have enough xanax's to taper off of, and I think i'll go with taking half a klonapin or something...
these panic attacks i've never experienced before.. I've had serious anxiety but nothing like this before. and they come on, and dont leave. They come on for no reason, then stay there no matter what calming stuff I do, or try, then i gets to where i get so panic'd that I get nauseaed and then I can't eat cause of that, and MANY other factors.. but..

But i'm trying hard to keep it all together....
