I DO think it's totally fine to ask. No matter WHAT the answer, yes, or no, or maybe. EVERYTHING that happens in therapy matters, and teaches us something about ourselves. T and I played Uno once in session, which seemed like a happy, fun thing, and led to a panicked phone call between sessions! You just never know what therapy will bring up!
