Sorry you're feeling like everything is out of control - it's a tough place to be.

Have you been formally diagnosed with any of the things you've mentioned above? Some of the symptoms you mention could be "normal" but it's so hard to judge, which is why that's best left to professionals. If you've been diagnosed, are you in treatment? That really should help - and with ADHD, it's usually just meds and maybe a little therapy or coaching to help you develop some better habits. Honestly, for all the disruption it can cause, the treatment for ADHD is no big deal (especially compared to mental illnesses...)

Having hobbies and not being able to focus on them "anymore" suggests depression, and social anxiety could as well. In fact, a lot of of the things you mention could be signs of depression, depending on the specifics, and winter time is the worst for a lot of people's depression. So if you haven't yet seen a doctor, you really should consider making an appointment for formal evaluation; a therapist or coach might help too.

Hope things improve soon - it's hard to guess what might be helpful, but there are lots of things to try.
