I've not been hurting myself in any form for a year now.The last 4 days I've felt like harming myself.It's hard because I did that for 20 years.There is some stress in my life,but it's not like I had before.I hope that I can keep myself on the right track.It does help some to get my feelings out ,alot of people don't understand where you are coming from.I hope that I can keep myself together and not let thoughts control me and keep taking one day at a time instead of "hours"at time. <font color="purple"> </font>
