How do you stop the extreme sadness inside that hurts so bad, It's worst than what I call depression.. its usually what i used to call "Feeling suicidal" but... how does one make this go away? even if it's just for a split second, that's one split second longer than whats going on right now...
I kinda wanna cry.. but then I dont.. even tho i'm alone in my room.. And i dont think that would help even if I tried... but i haven't tried it so i wouldn't know...
