So I've been cutting for at least two years maybe more. I quit at the end of April because I had to get stitches and almost killed myself. Lately I have been having a really hard time concentrating on things besides cutting. I do do it once in a while because I get really stressed out and depressed about things. Does anybody know any good ways to help me get through the day without having to concentrate on cutting all day and getting myself frustrated because I push myself so hard to not do it?
