I'm not entirely sure but there are some personality disorders such as anti-social that you must be diagnosed at early adulthood, mainly because your in the stage of your personality changing and don't want a misinformed diagnoses before 18.

There are some exceptions of a diagnoses of a personality disorder under 18, but this is if it reaches their criteria and has a noticeable pattern someone with the disorder over 18 would have.

If I didn't know your age, I wouldn't think the same, when you claimed you had an important school year coming up, I would assume you are a senior, since when was school at 14-15 important?

Also, have you seen a psychologist and have been diagnosed with these? Or have you been internet-surfing on a briefly-informed website on these disorders and pranced around thinking you have it? Your mom must be quite ignorant thinking you grow out of it, this isn't a physical condition, it can be a brain abnormality or a neurological problem, which in many cases, are incurable but are treated.
