My T asked to see my cuts a few times and i did, one time i didn't because i was ashamed of it he just helped me to understand a bit more. He was great and i'm not ashamed or embarrassed of scars now if any one asks i just tell them. I see it as a life experience and half the people who asked me about it are doing it themselves and wanted someone to talk to.
