I went to visit family for Christmas and took its toll. I got a lot of exercise chasing, lifting, and carrying my nephew, trying to do "Just Dance" videos with my niece (was that funny, 'trying' is the key word there, floundering fish was more like it

), and walking with the dog. It was good to see them but oh, did it take it's toll though, physically and emotionally.
It reminded me it will be good to change things up for my exercises here at home as it was nice to try new things and incorporate them into daily routine, so as not to get bored.
Exercise goals today: to walk the dog, rest, and figure out some new exercises to try.
