I walk everyday so now that's a routine so I won't include it as a goal. Walking and running was usually my whole workout, but it left me pretty skinny lol and not with a whole lot of strength. So I started body weight stuff a while ago and it's great.
Yesterday my goal was 155 push ups, 70 sit ups and 50 squats which is done,
Today it's 175 push ups and 100 sit ups and 80 squats.
It's all about a half an hour routine a day including breaks and I add to it each day to improve.
I prefer body weight stuff, not really into the whole weight lifting.
I still have to try and start doing some pull ups, I've never been good at those lol.
