Losing touch with reality constantly is a sign and surely needs its recognition, give your parents some background information on the lot, don't forget about your objectives.

That's why I originally thought I had Schizotypal, because I wasn't sure I was really hallucinating. A part of me wants to keep the good "friends" because I love them, but i guess it isn't normal. :/
There is a part of me that doesn't want to tell my parents. I know I have to but I terrified of rejection, and it's happened so many times before (them not believing me), and I think talking to school would be better because they don't know me like my parents do.
