Hello WTTJ.
Please in all this don't lose sight of the fact you are still growing. Its at about 20ish we have fully developed minds/brain. With the right influence from a T or someone, you can realise just what you are here on earth. You talked of sensing spirits and voices in your head - the only thing I guess I can say is 'the world is big and strange and oppressive, but also beautiful'.
You are still developing, learning, working out the 'way of the world' (thats a good play btw by Congrieve)
Seek help if you think you need it. Self harm is deff something you should talk about to parents and T. Self harm is not an ans for confusion. It leaves a scar on the mind as well as the body.
