. Yes, I know what you mean. I have rarely felt comfortable in my own skin.
I also know how music can be triggering. I can't listen to Alicia Keys anymore because I put her on when I was in a rage. All it would do is make me worse. For some reason though I find Pink inspiring. Maybe 'cause I know her family life was awful. And she most definitely sounds like somebody suffering from BPD but who's found a helpful outlet that works for her. There seems to be a hopeful message in some of her songs. She's got kind of a "F*** the world, I'm going to succeed in spite of you" attitude. Anyway, here's another one. I hope it doesn't trigger you.
