being 14 is a rough time for many... i will say what i agree with which people shouldn't be dx as borderline till about mid twenties due to at teenage years you are still developing

that is not to discard your concerns, they are concerns. do you have access to a councilor or therapist.... general doctors should be able to refer yo to one as well. i know they can prescribe meds but they are trained and in a separate field other than psychology.
meaning then give you meds but there is a root problem that perhaps some therapy could hep with coping skills. (DBT Is used for a lot as well as CBT and other treatments)

are all the meds you taking ie your moms, actually for you? please tell your docs of all you do. It helps with helping you-- even illegal drugs-

working on self esteem as well, i hate to say that i get told that and am not always happy to hear it. But is something to always work on.

Don't think you are a screw up all the time in other word; Meeting new people is always nerve racking for me- but yet ya know first impressions are not always the last impressions
