MY list for the day:
Get out of bed, 7am
Get dressed, 7:30 am
Take Meds, 8am
Go to doctors office check in, 8:30am
Take meds - noon,
Work on depression book, 3pm
Watch News, 5pm
Take meds, 6pm
Go to bed, 6:30 pm
You see how small my list is? This is what I have to do everyday. Anything else is a bonus for me. I can see that your list would be way differant then mine but I get out of bed this way. If not for this list I to would be stuck in bed like in the past. Good luck and may tomorrow be a better day.
