Call her doctor and tell her everything you are noticing. You can report to the doctor without her necessarily discussing her mother's case with you. I have had to do that on an occasion or so concerning my husband. The pdoc simply listens so he has my observations, and then he is able to have a clearer idea of what is going on when my husband comes in because when my husband is paranoid and delusional, he is rarely open and honest about his own symptoms (or perhaps he is just completely unaware). It will really help the pdoc cut to the chase and be able to more quickly make whatever changes need to be made. It is a very good idea to go to her appointments with her.
