I can wholeheartedly relate. I was told the best day to start a diet is a Wednesday weighin etc because you take that artificial "beginning" (week month year etc) I do have resolutions but they aren't dependent this year on complete perfection and if I fail waiting for the next year to try again. I am living my life now, completely no matter what the date.
