Dismiss them, name them the "CDR Trio" and sneer at them. They can want whatever they want but you aren't having it. As far as the "worthless" voice, notice that critical voices have very little vocabulary, no "facts" to back up their statements. Just think of one thing, one good thought you had about another or something you accomplished (went to therapy, went to school, figured out how to access PC with your cell (I don't know how to do that), made this post asking for help rather than allowing any of the CDR Trio to take control, etc.) and the "worthless" is null and void.

I see you have 1,715 posts; surely most of them were in response to another, to help another (and, if it is only playing in the games forum; other people need "partners" to play games and it is worthwhile helping another (or one's self) relax!) to respond to, listen to another? Even if all your posts are about you, you are trying to help you become more healthy! A worthwhile goal. Tell the condescending a*(h@le that "Everybody knows you cannot be worthless while pursuing a worthwhile goal!" Pour on the sarcasm, see how he likes it; I think he'll be real quick at shutting up
