i doubt your sad and needy behaviors for a couple weeks have pushed away your real friends. they probably just dont know what to do to help you so are giving you your space. Now that you are feeling better maybe give your friends a call, go out for coffee or whatever it is you normally do to spend time together. your boyfriend sounds really confused and it really isnt fair for him to be calling you to sort out his feelings. that is just really hurtful and disrespectful for you.
