I'm so sorry clarity, therapy sessions can be so triggering sometimes, have you tried to speak to your t about how you felt after the session?

Some things I use when I'm in a fog, whatever part of me I feel like is disconnecting I will lightly scratch that area to gain feeling again and try and get my mind to stick with my body. My t also taught me a good grounding technique a couple years back. You say out loud 5 things you can see, then you say out loud 4 things you can touch. Then you say 3 things you can hear, two things you can smell and one thing you can taste. It brings back all of your senses and helps snap you back into the world.
