Take things one day at a time. Sometimes getting ou of bed is an achievement other times you will be able to tick lots of things off your list. Don't be discouraged by the slow days, they happen- go easy on yourself and focus on the little things that you have achieved eg getting up, getting dressed, having a shower etc
I aim to get outside the house each day even if it's only to the mail box or out for a walk around the block.
