HaPpY NeW YeAr!!

I was given some good advice to help get more out of sit-ups by holding something weighted, medicine ball or weights, or at home if not weights, to use cans or bags of something such as dog food, potatoes, rice, etc. for resistance, you can get more out of your sit-ups in less time.

I did not make it to swim, did but it was too crowded so I have to find a better time to go. So I did some yoga with the walking yesterday instead. Today I did weights and walking, freezing my butt and toes off. Needless to say it WAS a brisk walk, felt good though, but also didn't know I could move so fast.

Tomorrow my goal is to try to swim again and going to go late in the evening closer to closing; see if it might be better.
