I'm sorry you're feeling so down right now. Know that it can get better. I was depressed as a teenager and was able to get the help I needed. Today I am the mother of a teenager. I know how hard it can be to talk to your parents. Are you in school right now? If you don't feel like you can talk to your parents, try to talk to your school nurse or a guidance counselor. They are there to help you and can help explain things to your parents and get you the help you need.
If you're not in school right now (not sure where you live. It's summer in the southern hemisphere), then you need to try to talk to your parents. Try to tell them that you think you are depressed and would like to see a doctor. Your regular pediatrician is a good place to start. And please don't hurt yourself again. You deserve to not be hurt by anyone, including yourself.
Please, talk to an adult as soon as you can.
