I already have delusions but I'm not sure if I'm actually hearing voices or if it's my imagination playing tricks with me. Sometimes (externally) I hear my name being called, and I mistake shadows for people or monsters/aliens and noises for people speaking (or ghosts/demons/magic). I get bad paranoia too (being watched, tracked, talked about etc). What is this? I'm really concerned...
I'm 14, btw.

You may be astonished that temporal lobe epilepsy may have intense audio illusions. this is also known as complex simple seizures. ( you can experience this without getting grand mal captures or petit mal seizures) In those who experience it, it is worsened with stress.
a neurologist is the best one to exam and address this, but you may have to go through your regular physician, and state him/her you are hearing voices, so tell the doc about the voices, even though that is in all probability a scary thought.
