How long did your doctor say it should take to go away? Give it that long, and keep reminding yourself to eat and drink water on a regular schedule in the mean time. Then if the problem persists, call the doctor again. You're doing good to be aware of the problem and keep monitoring yourself. You'll be okay - just let us know how you are doing.
