Good for you for taking care of yourself, FeelingLonely! If you are comfortable writing down your feelings, I am sure your T would be happy to have the feedback. My first few T visits were a case of her getting to know me, and this still is an ongoing process, but meanwhile there is some healing going on. Part of my therapy is journaling so I guess it is a big t thing. I don't like for my T to read the entries, but I do let it happen. She knows now when she starts reading I will be crawling under my coat, looking at my iphone, or hyperventilating until she finishes.
