huh - that's interesting. So whatever mood or emotional space I'm in at the moment is my authentic self? So if that's true, I wonder why my T is coaching me to find my authentic person. There's no search - it's right in front of me manifested by my moment to moment thoughts, feelings and actions. No search required.
