God you all put me to shame.
I haven't done any major exercise since November. I just can't get into it anymore. I use to play Badminton for 2 hours on a Monday, Swimming for an hour on a Tuesday and Tai Chi for 45 minutes on a Thursday. I am hoping to start Badminton and Tai Chi back up next week as we are still all off from the Christmas periiod. Swimming was through my group I attend. So it's whenever they want to re-start it again.
I use to go to the gym for 3 hours 5 days a week before I became ill. Excerise is the last thing on my mind. But I have now put on so much weight it's depressing. So I am stuffing my face all this week with all the food left in my house and then dieting and exercising as of next week. My whole family are doing it so it's even better
