I realize that everyone's case is unique and drugs work (or don't work) differently on different people, but that being said, has anyone had a lot of success with any particular anti-depression medication? I've tried just about all of them and I really haven't found a winner. Right now I'm not on anything because I kind of want to establish a "base line". I big problem I have is that, after taking meds for weeks or even months, and the doctor asks if I think it's working, all I can say is that I don't really know. Perhaps I am being unrealistic in what effect I can expect from these drugs.
