Depends on what you consider exercise, and "regularly"...

Mostly I'm a sedentary slug; that comes with being chained to my keyboard writing a $^*&@#% dissertation.

I do walk to campus a few days a week, which is 20 minutes each way and actually the equivalent of 20 flights of stairs given the terrain. When the weather is less crappy and I'm on top of my game in terms of feeding us, I take a 45-minute walk with hubby and dog in the evening.

For awhile I was using my Wii Fit stuff a lot, especially the balance games, because the parts of your brain that control physical balance also regulate moods and attention, and you can actually improve brain function by training for better balance. But I haven't done that in awhile.

Sometimes I go snowshoeing when the weather cooperates, but this winter has been crap for snow so far. In warmer weather, my husband and I go hiking as often as we can, most weekends. I particularly like backpacking, and at my weight plus pack weight it adds up to a 600+ calorie burn per hour for 6-8 hours a day.
