I believe you were referring to your post "Is this site safe?" I read through and you did get quite a few responses - it may seem like people ignored you because they didn't necessarily agree with you or your desire to lock out non members from support community did not come to fluition.

I am sorry that you feel this way. It is understandable, we all feel ignored and left out at times. I think the important thing to remember here is that it is being addressed and Doc John posted that he will be letting us know something tonight.
