I do body combat-boxing and martial arts combo 2/3 days a week, core strengthening, body building at the gym. If I can't go to the gym due to a schedule conflict I do my exercise dvd's. I also do yoga. Lost 15 pounds-fighting off the Lithium weight issue.
When I am dealing with difficult emotions of irritability or depression the exercise gets rid of that, better than a T and cheaper too.
