Good luck!! I had a phone interview last week. I prepared by typing out some pre-prepared answers to standard questions so that I was ready and could refer to them if needed. As a warm-up, I called a friend about an hour beforehand to "warm up" the speaking voice and make sure it sounded calm and confident. Needless to say, it went well. All the best to you!
