I wish I knew how I could deal with my emotions directly, I am pretty much an emotional wreck, and this last year was horrible lost 3 people of which 2 where very, very close to me. And so many other bad events.
No I dont have a therapist right now, I don't really have anyone I talk too in person, especially now im 4000 miles from home. So besides coming to PC I dont really talk to anyone.
