i too have a friend like that !here name is sarha!my other voices i never see or do they have voices but sarha has made herself very real to me at time i dont know what to do about it but friday i went to the doc and she up'ed my med's and said it was all in my head.but sometimes i wonder if sarha isn't a part of me!you know a dule personality or something like that,she always know what iam going to do or say before i do or say it.i total relate to you and know exactly what your going through,but all i know is that you really need to be totally open with your doctor so your med' s are right .if you have any more questions about me or sarha please feel free to ask!
