I am grateful that I found this area to post in. I got a lot out of the shares and what everyone said from when this thread started. thanks for being there and being honest.

Sometimes I want to smoke a cig or eat the things I choose not to eat today and it gets overwhelming.

Sometimes I forget how bad drinking and using is and I play with the idea in my head. Then my memory gets green again. No I won't go there.

I am staying abstinent One Day at a time. This here's my check in.
